If a file is dual-licensed please list all licenses. Esp. if there is a GPL license. Otherwise d/copyright shows a list of incompatible licenses. For "xrt/XRT/build/checkpatch/spelling.txt" ask the author for dualicensing. This applies to all files under GPLv2(only). For the "Khronos" license you can describe in a Comment field which license it complies with. To fix all license isuues you can use lrc from package licenserecon.
