 The Files-Excluded field below removes content that is either not
 distributable as source, not needed to build the SDK, or de-vendored in favour
 of the corresponding Debian system library. Nothing excluded here is
 referenced by the gn "create_sdk" target that this package builds:

   * De-vendored to Debian system libraries: third_party/zlib and
     third_party/double-conversion. debian/rules substitutes a stub BUILD.gn
     that links the system copy (zlib1g-dev, libdouble-conversion-dev).
   * Toolchain and bootstrap directories: buildtools (the bundled clang, lld,
     gn, ninja and sysroot), tools/sdks (the bundled bootstrap Dart binary) and
     out. This package builds with the Debian system toolchain and bootstraps
     from a previous dart-sdk, so all of these are prebuilt binaries with no
     purpose here.
   * Prebuilt binaries shipped by upstream via CIPD, with no corresponding
     source in the tree: third_party/devtools/web (the DevTools web
     application, about 92 MB of compiled Flutter web output, CanvasKit
     WebAssembly and bundled fonts; upstream fetches it as a prebuilt CIPD
     bundle and this package does not ship it, see the patch making it
     optional; only the prebuilt web/ subdirectory is dropped, the
     devtools_shared Dart library beside it is source and is kept because
     pkg/dds is built from it),
     benchmarks/FfiBoringssl/native/out, benchmarks/FfiCall/native/out and
     benchmarks/NativeCall/native/out (prebuilt benchmark shared objects),
     third_party/d8, third_party/jsc and third_party/firefox_jsshell (prebuilt
     JavaScript engines used only by the upstream test runner), and
     third_party/gsutil (a prebuilt Python release-upload tool that also
     vendors its own unrelated dependency tree).
   * Test fixtures that consist of compiled artefacts: third_party/binaryen's
     test suite (about 35 MB, including prebuilt .wasm objects). Only the
     wasm-opt tool is built from third_party/binaryen; its test suite is not.
   * Prebuilt Java: the Gradle wrapper jars under the jni and jnigen example
     and Java directories, which are build accelerators for unrelated example
     projects.
   * Content that is not DFSG-free, or whose licensing cannot be reconciled:
     third_party/pkg/web, whose generated DOM bindings carry API documentation
     copied from MDN under CC-BY-SA 2.5 in 186 files; Debian treats the
     pre-3.0 Creative Commons licences as non-free. Nothing in the SDK build
     imports package:web -- the only occurrence of
     "import 'package:web/web.dart'" in the tree is inside a string literal in
     pkg/dartdev/lib/src/templates/web.dart, the template that
     "dart create -t web" writes out for the user.
   * Upstream code-generation inputs that the SDK build never reads:
     third_party/WebCore (Web IDL definitions, partly LGPL-2+ and BSD-2-clause)
     and third_party/mdn (browser compatibility data). Both are consumed only by
     tools/dom/scripts/dartdomgenerator.py and idlsync.py, which upstream runs by
     hand to regenerate dart:html; no gn target and no package refers to either.
   * Minified JavaScript with no corresponding source:
     third_party/pkg/dartdoc/lib/resources/highlight.pack.js, a minified build
     of Highlight.js 11.11.1 that upstream vendors without its sources. It is
     the only such file the binary package would have shipped. debian/rules
     also drops the <script> tag that referenced it from dartdoc's footer
     template, so `dart doc` output is self-consistent; the only effect is that
     generated API documentation is not syntax-highlighted.

 What deliberately remains, for completeness: six small object and archive files
 (72 kB in total) under third_party/boringssl/src/util/ar/testdata. They are
 fixtures for BoringSSL's ar-parser unit test, and the C and C++ sources they
 were compiled from are in the same directory, at
 third_party/boringssl/src/util/ar/testdata/sample. After the exclusions above
 the source package contains no other object file, shared library, archive,
 WebAssembly module or jar.
