* Team upload.
* Cloned the package as jackson3-core (Closes: #1149814)
* New upstream release
- Install the parent POMs of Jackson 3 (jackson-bom, jackson-base and
oss-parent)
- Updated the Maven rules
- Set the language source/target level to Java 17
- Build without the Java module descriptors
- Updated debian/copyright.dsc
