libplist (2.8.0-1~exp1) experimental; urgency=medium
 .
   * New upstream release.
   * Rename the C and C++ runtime packages for the SONAME 12 transition;
     update installation manifests and symbols.
   * Refresh the hardcoded upstream version patch.
   * Build documentation through the upstream docs target and clean its
     generated README.
   * Document the Python Array indexing behavior change in debian/NEWS.
   * Update upstream source URL and copyright entries for new files.
   * debian/gbp.conf: Record branch names, pristine-tar and gzip
     compression.
   * debian/control: Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4 and drop the
     redundant Priority field.
   * Document the AGPL website artwork and public-domain Tango icons used
     by the new documentation theme.
   * Add a manual-page link for plist2json and omit remote build badges
     from generated documentation.
