   * Reintroduce libtranscript (Closes: #1130596), add myself as uploader.
   * New upstream version 0.3.4
   * Drop 00-fix-impfuncdef-issue.patch: integrated upstream.
   * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.3 (no changes).
   * List files to clean.
   * Bump debhelper-compat to 13.
   * List not-installed files.
   * Replace pkg-config => pkgconf.
   * Add Vcs-* tags.
