* New upstream release (Closes: #1040695).
* Rename libvidstab1.1 to libvidstab1.2 due to SOVERSION bump (1.2).
* Update maintainer email address to kengyu@debian.org.
* Update standards version to 4.7.4.
* Use debhelper-compat (= 13) and drop debian/compat.
* Add Build-Depends-Package to symbols file.
* Move ${misc:Pre-Depends} to Pre-Depends.
* Remove Priority: optional from source stanza.
* Update watch file to version=5 and add pgpmode=none.
* Add Forwarded: not-needed to cmake-4.patch.
* Add debian/upstream/metadata.
