   * debian/control
     debian/third_party/protobuf/cc_proto_library.bzl
     debian/libmozc-protocol.install
     * Add libmozc-protocol package for the shared private libraries which
       has a private ABI between mozc's own binaries.
       It is a separate package because uim-mozc and fcitx5-mozc are
       Multi-Arch: same and mozc-server, which cannot be.
   * debian/rules
     * Install the generated shared libraries and set RUNPATH accordingly.
     * Pass the hardening build flags to the uim target as well. They were
       dropped from that one invocation only.
     * Use --output_user_root for build cache. It's same as
       bazel-java-tools way.
   * debian/uim-*
     debian/patches/0005-Support-uim.patch
     debian/patches/0006-fix-uim-ftbfs.patch
     debian/patches/0007-uim-integration.patch
     * Revive uim-mozc package. Fixed mozc_tool SEGV issue in
       the previous versions.
