      - Install app icon to hicolor icon theme directory
      - Renamed to proton-vpn-gtk-app.install

      - Move README.md from transitional to main package
   * debian/rules:
      - Set PYBUILD_DESTDIR  to install files into correct package
   * debian/watch:
      - Update to version 5 format
