   * Add patch to fix timezone names in tests.
   * Clean up egg-info artefacts to enable two builds in a row.
   * Add debian/gbp.conf to be more in line with DPT standards.
   * Use uscan version 5 GitHub template.
   * Run wrap-and-sort -bast to reduce diff size of future changes.
   * Use pytest and pytest-django to run tests.
   * Install testfiles using d/pybuild.testfiles.
   * Build using pybuild-plugin-pyproject.
   * Use dh-sequence-python3.
   * Add myself to d/copyright and as uploader.
   * Switch Testsuite to autopkgtest-pkg-pybuild.
   * Drop field Priority: optional.
   * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.3.
   * Drop Rules-Requires-Root.
   * Provide a more verbose package description.
   * Build documentation using sphinx and ship in separate binary package.
