| Description | optimize DNA sequences under constraints (Python 3) DNA Chisel optimizes DNA sequences subject to constraints and optimization objectives. Its sequence specifications can be combined to optimize codon usage, tune GC content, preserve translations, avoid unwanted patterns and homologies, and meet DNA synthesis requirements. Custom specifications can be defined in Python or applied through annotated GenBank records. This package provides the Python 3 library. Report generation and some specifications require optional tools. |
