.
* Initial release. (Closes: #982792)
* Use GitHub template in watch file instead of explicit
Source/Matching-Pattern.
* Set upstream metadata fields: Bug-Database.
* Add build dependencies, espcially the newly packaged python3-decopatch.
* Add patch tests_no_pytest_{harvest, steps}.patch to skip tests that would
require pytest_{harvest, steps}, which are not packaged at this time in
Debian.
* Add patch tests_skip_test_issue_165.patch to skip test_issue_165.py, which
fails at collection time with
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'getini'
* Implement debclean.dsc
