The provided command line scripts are: - ulog_info: display information from an ULog file. - ulog_messages: display logged messages from an ULog file. - ulog_params: extract parameters from an ULog file. - ulog2csv: convert ULog to CSV files. - ulog2kml: convert ULog to KML files. - ulog2ros2bag: convert ULog to ROS2 bag files. - ulog_extract_gps_dump: extract GPS dump data from an ULog file. - ulog_migratedb: create or migrate a ULog database. KML conversion requires python3-simplekml. ROS2 bag conversion requires a ROS2 installation and the matching px4_msgs package. |

.
* Initial release. (Closes: #1143610)
* Build with the PEP 517 backend and declare its build dependencies.
* Run the upstream tests at build time and against the installed package
with autopkgtest; stop ignoring test failures.
* Correct the upstream copyright, BSD license and contact information.
* Include the event parser from the upstream PyPI release, since GitHub
source archives omit the libevents submodule.
* Replace the nonexistent documentation suggestion with the optional KML
dependency, document all command line tools and install the upstream README.
* Provide manual pages for all eight command line tools.
* Rename the Salsa CI template to a usable pipeline configuration..dsc
