Upstream licenses the glob implementation under MIT (Expat). The tests
acknowledge adaptation from Bash and picomatch/test/bash.js. Picomatch's
LICENSE at revision dfc3dbdef099accb45e2e9f3c5943c069007aa40 credits
Jon Schlinkert under MIT.

Picomatch identifies its fixtures as derived from Bash 4.3 tests. Matching
patterns and expected results occur in Bash 4.3 tests/glob.tests, which has
no separate license notice. Bash 4.3 README specifies GPL-3+, and Debian's
bash 4.3-11 copyright records 1987-2014 Free Software Foundation, Inc.

We treat the Bash-derived tests as GPL-3+ and retain the Expat notices for
the implementation and Picomatch adaptations. This assessment does not
assume that the fixture data is uncopyrightable or separately relicensed.
Both licenses apply to this source file because it contains both parts.
The borrowed tests are inside the cfg(test) module, not the implementation.
