lamzfs vendors the on-disk ZFS structures and block decoders from rzfs
(cybojanek), which is offered under "GPL-2.0 OR MIT"; lamzfs elects the MIT
terms. The new lamzfs code (pool/vdev import, path resolve, file read with
decompression) is MIT. See NOTICE for the exact vendored portions and the
per-file SPDX headers.
