   * Refresh patches
   * Pass SLEPC_DIR, PETSC_DIR and PETSC_ARCH as environment variables to
     dh_auto_install to prevent errors like
         dh_auto_install -plibslepc-... \
           --destdir=debian/tmp/slepc3.25-... --  \
           SLEPC_DIR=/repositories/slepc \
           PETSC_DIR=/usr/lib/petscdir/... PETSC_ARCH=...
