 .
   * Fix the CMake config-file package
     – d/patches/TasmanianConfig.patch: new patch, to deal with our packaging of
       Python and Octave interfaces
     – add tasgrid as a dependency of libtasmanian-dev, since the config-file
       package unconditionally requires the presence of tasgrid
     – add an autopkgtest that runs “find_package(Tasmanian)” through CMake
   * Also ship Fortran *.mod files in /usr/include.
     They were already shipped in compiler-specific paths (via dh-fortran), but
     having them also in /usr/include makes it easier to detect them via the
     CMake config-file package.
   * Ship Doxygen documentation in new libtasmanian-doc package
   * Bump to debhelper compat level 14
   * Bump to Standards-Version 4.7.4
   * testsuite-i386.patch: update using upstream fix
