tclx (8.6.3+dfsg-1) unstable; urgency=medium
 .
   * Switch to new upstream. Add debian/watch to track upstream releases.
   * Drop compat/getopt.c and compat/random.c because of their problematic
     licenses.
   * Rewrite debian/rules to use debhelper (closes: #1105593).
   * Rename the source package dropping the Tcl version from it because
     it will eventually work for all installed Tcl versions.
   * Rename the binary package to tcl-tclx as prescribed by the Debian
     Tcl/Tk policy.
   * Bump debhelper compatibility level to 13.
   * Bump standards version to 4.7.4.
