   * d/libtlsh5.symbols: Update library soname and dependency template.
   * d/t/build-test-program: Adapt test to the new ABI.
   * d/p/cmake4.patch: Simply BTS URL.
   * d/control: Drop 'Priority: optional'.
   * d/copyright: Update upstream copyright years.
