ukui-themes (4.0.0.0-1) unstable; urgency=medium
 .
   * New upstream release for UKUI 4.20.
   * Split into four binary packages: ukui-themes (meta), ukui-gtk-theme,
     ukui-icons-theme, ukui-sounds-theme.
   * Add global theme system with 4 presets and multi-language support.
   * Add sounds theme, highlight theme, and grub theme.
   * Rename icon themes with ukui-icon-theme- prefix.
   * debian/control: Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4, add Build-Depends
     on ninja-build and cmake, update Vcs-* to Salsa.
   * Add Salsa CI, gbp.conf, upstream metadata, and maintainer scripts.
