   * Initial release (Closes: #1135196)
   * import and use globbySync() instead of sync()
   * do not install /u/b/tsc-alias
   * enable salsa CI/CD pipeline
   * run wrap-and-sort -asbkt
   * fix test use of globby.sync() in tests too
   * clean up dist/
   * use verbatim copyright notice as required by Expat license
   * add missing copyright for test project24
